Increased instances of hung nodes.
I initially noticed this when under constant barrage on ssh port, now seeing on telnet ports but from known users.
 is inconsistent with casing - a file ANSVW1A.ZIP was recognized with uploadall, but then reported `ansvw1a.zip does not exist`.
