**目前大致确定出现第二个问题的原因即为有两个转场帧距离很近，在覆盖之前的转场帧的过程中出现了卡IO的现象导致补帧异常。在删除掉之前的转场帧输出文件后，补帧一切正常**
**6月19日更新
本次补全新的视频也出现了类似的状况，后通过删除所有转场输出帧恢复
不过由于并未复现问题所以还不知道啥原因。
