Chests generated as part of the villages or nether forts are generated empty. We need a way to define what kind and what amount of loot generates in those chests.

All loot chests should use loot_tables to generate loot. Also, separate files for separate buildings. As well as inner separate files for chests with higher rarity or value.

Loot chests should have a visual indicator above them displaying the time left remaining before a loot chest can be opened, or if it is ready to be opened, the name tag should be "READY"
