## 1. 검색 기능에서 대소문자 구분없이 검색
코드 확인 하니 이 부분은 잘 작성하였습니다.
현재 코드를 조금 더 최적화하려면 반복문을 돌면서 search_input을 소문자로 만드는 것은 한 번만 처리해 주도록 하는 게 효율적입니다.

## 문제
- 앱을 실행했을 때, 데이터를 가져오는 시간의 딜레이가 생겨. UX 부분에서보면 굉장히 아쉬운 부분이지. 이 부분은 클라이언트에서 어떻게 개선할 수 있을까? 서버와 함께 작업하는 앱이었다면 아마 서버에서 반환하는 데이터를 조정해서 손쉽게 작업할 수 있었을거야.
