**描述需求**
当前数据源粒度到mysql集群的粒度，只要赋予这个权限，在当前mysql集群中所有的数据库都可以进行访问，一般不符合公司对数据管理要求，举个例子：订单库和库存库都在一个集群里面，订单组pg 申请查询权限后，同时会赋予集群中所有库的权限，一般企业不会允许这么干
