The config for tool stats does not seem to accept decimels for the dmg value. Setting it from 3.0 to 2.5 have it be 6 in game, when it should be 6.5

Finally it's time!
The hard part here is making the xml. It should reuse as much info as possible from CMake. Could also look into CMake doing signing and packaging, but I'm scared :)
