In Table view cell, i have added a view inside table view cell and added the subview of "iCarousel view".
While dragging the iCarousel view(using pan gesture), there is no action performed.

On touchscreens one can only pan. Pinching gestures and tapping is not recognized.
This can be implemented (e.g. http://bl.ocks.org/mbostock/9656675), and it works in #63 as well.
