如题，用的美橙的windows虚拟主机，php5.6和7.1都测试了。
虚拟主机实际windows目录为
D:\wwwroot\xxx，data目录位于xxx\data，已开放读写权限，程序解析出来的目录为'dir' => '\\data/runtime\temp'
修改了function initialize()中runtimePath等三个路径后正常
