1. 在国内其他地方都可以通过 vps 上网
1. 某个位置外网IP固定的被限制，
1. vps IP可以更换，
访问方式：xray client(固定IP） --> vps（浮动IP）
可有解决办法？

根据 https://github.com/XTLS/REALITY 示例的说明和 与 v2rayN 的界面统一
Public**K**ey 多了空格，k没大写。ShortId 多了空格。
Alpn 的选项，官方示例里，在reality 字段是无此选项的，是多余了。
