Бот не реагирует если люди с именами (пример Имя' Фамил'ия) пересылают какие-то записи.
Например я выделил сообщение, и отправил, context нет ответа.

В gitignore не прописаны файлы, которые генерирует студия - .vs, package, bin. Нужно их добавить (примеры gitignore есть в инете) и удалить все эти файлы
