- 路径拼接可以用`os.path.join`，适应`windows`和`linux`的的路径。
- 杀掉`go-cqhttp`进程的话`windows`使用`taskkill`，`linux`需要使用`kill`或`pkill`。可以看`os.name`是不是`posix`来决定用哪个。不过这个我也没找到`python`提供的可以适应不同系统下的杀掉进程…
