xoreos-0.0.3 builds mostly successfully but fails at link time on OpenBSD.
I get the same results with GCC 4.2 and 4.9, and with both BSD make and GNU make.

Game ID should reflect actual engine differences. Get rid of the pointless ID_TUTU and farm out cosmetic differences like GameName to some secondary code (where support for Tutu and BGT is added).
