更新了qq（qq要求强制更新）和sm1.1.1之后出现的这个问题，
nb2本身没有任何改动，nb2会有如下提示
私发消息是正常的，群发消息发不出来。
这是一个直播通知推送插件，在up主上下播的时候会自动发消息
sm的后台看起来是没有任何反应的
但比如用消息触发的命令都是可以正常触发的，比如发送查看，机器人还是会自动回复关注了的主播列表的
