For various reasons I am unable to use GitHub actions for one of my projects, so having the option for Travis CI would be great!

Hey I noticed this project hasn't been setup for Travis CI. I would be happy to take a stab at setting it up, if someone managing this project would tell me what environments it's suppose to support.

- [ ] Run tests to validate good reading of the worldstate
- [ ] Publish on good master builds
