Need to implement adaptive mesh refinement and DOF optimization, probably through a McKee-Cuthill optimization scheme for the sparsity pattern.

Hi, I am doing a project and wondering how to get the distance field if we apply FSM on a mesh that has diffrent refinement level. I saw there are methods about FSM but it's empty.

I added the following code to the bottom of `ex6.cpp`:
```c++
for (int i=0; iJacobian();
std::cout
Using the new adaptive mesh refinement, the solutions converge to improper solutions now. Think issue comes from improper handling of constraints.
Hello,
it seems that using adaptive mesh refinement on tetrahedral meshes destroys the shape regularity of the mesh.
In order to avoid any influences from my own code, I modified Example 6 (ser…
Hi
I'm trying to change the way mesh sizing is implemented: Instead of using a background mesh, I exposed an std::function eval_sizing_field that is given all tet vertex positions as input and output…
Hello,
I've implemented an adaptive mesh refinement with a user-defined error estimator, following the lines of ex6p.cpp. After each AMR iteration, I also called a visualization routine which depen…
Hello,
I've recently implemented a new ThresholdRefiner which uses a different strategy of marking the elements to be refined (which uses some face error indicators). To this end I derived a new cl…
Hello,
Could someone explain me please the meaning of "ref" parameter for PrintVTK/SaveVTK for GridFunctions and why ref = 0 is not allowed (if I also want to provide a field name, thus I don't wan…
Reading a d3plot file with D3plot object and it looks like the class is not able to automatically read the entire series because the naming convention changes from numeric to alphabetic.
The file n…
