Several Vulkan APIs can return that error, such as vkAcquireNextImageKHR() and vkQueuePresentKHR().
When this error is returned, the application is expected to teardown and re-create its swapchain.

I know of "-dinput" but i dont know what vkquake uses by default and if it supports direct input or raw input. If it supporters ether then im clueless as to how to enable them or if is default on.

Preferably able to use with msaa but having up to 16x would also be nice. Like vkquake. :D

Alt tabbing again sometimes revives it. States in the in game messages that its building stuff like the pipelines or something.
I built it yesterday from the latest master build.

I can't more use DSR resolutions and new drivers with vkQuake.... at 1920x1080 work but at 3840x2160 (DSR) now don't work more... The vkQuake crash in startup

vkQuake runs fine, but quake-ke.exe exits with an error.
quake3-ke.exe +set r_renderAPI 0 runs fine.
