Sometimes, the pistol (maybe other weapons too, not sure) shoots twice at once. I am not sure if it actually shoots twice, there is two decals though. Problem disappears if you disable cl_lw

When you shoot hornet gun and it runs out of ammo, but you keep holding M1, it starts to jitter. Sometimes, it just doesn't play the animation or sound or do the screenshake and just shoots the hornet…
