现在架构 组件有以下问题 导致无法定制开发：
1. 打包工具捆绑了 build-script + webpack ，无法切换到 rsbuild 等工具
2. 因为要拆包，所以内部大量组件使用 externals 形式注入 react，且版本使用16 较低
3. 物料包大量资源指向 cdn，不支持内网部署
4. 物料以url加载为主，不支持本地物料
