原本转发模式是不支持 cookies 的
因为 cookies 是限定于各个域名和子域名的，所以转发服务器自己的域名就获得不了别的域名的cookies
这样导致的问题就是比如用户有自己的youku会员，登陆之后用转发模式访问视频，因为cookies不能通过转发服务器，所以还是不能享受会员的特殊权限（去广告之类的）
