So users can keep using familliar avrdude and avrdude tools. I believe digistump are working on this.

Uploaded apps which enable and try to use PCINT0 go crazy and glitch out. This includes most troublingly, anything which uses vusb and isn't using INT0 - like the littlewire or digispark.
