What should I do to get ventura to start

### 安装 Monterey 12.6 第一次图形界面安装过程正常，重启后第二次安装在苹果logo界面跑进度也正常，第三次开始每次重启选择界面无限都是 macOSInsaller,跑完码就就又重启 选择进入还是 macOSInsaller 项界面，而且跑码过程贼快。
