intellij按esc进入command模式后，再切换到其他程序时，输入法不会自动切换回中文，chrome的快捷键也受到影响（比如ctrl+f无法弹出搜索框），即便win+space切换中文输入法后，输入字符依然有延迟，貌似会占用热键。
