If so, the formatting should be transparent, e.g. same color and formatting (no underline) as normal text. Subtle hover effect is okay.

Local HTML access works, but http://www.cubing.net/mark2/ crashes Opera immediately. This makes it hard to debug. :-(
THere has to be some way to bisect the codebase to fin the problem, though.
