Would it be possible to add a function similar to `joblib.cpu_count()` but for obtaining memory?
On linux it could be as simple as returning `int(os.popen("ulimit -m").read())`.

Hi,
I have a Pickle model that is about 6GB. When I load the model using "joblib.load("model.pkl")", it uses up to 25 GB of memory. Is that Normal?
