The script `get-all-data.sh` downloads most of the data files successfully but fails to download the following files due to 404 errors:

Since the release yesterday I have been getting the below error when attempting to serve locally:

I found that all the html files would be loaded, but I only want just the current one be loaded.

Currently `index.html` files can be served by `ssIndices`, but it'd be useful if you could serve HTML files without an extension, e.g. `posts/mypost.html` -> `posts/mypost`
