在win11操作系统下，第一台使用IKEv2模式连接之后，第二台电脑继续连接，发现第一台被卡掉了，第一台不能上网也不能访问vpn的的服务器，查看ip之后发现两台都是相同的ip192.168.43.10，并没有根据ip进行分配，这是不是bug
