### 描述/Description
清理缓存可以解决这个问题，当然直接重新下载完毕然后删除也可以解决。相关的issue是 #354 和 #186
也有和 #186 图片中相同的代码错误报告，但当时没有截图。
不清楚原因，已测试直接删除任务和先停止再删除任务都会触发。
粗略测试了下，大概和hitomi这个源的下载方式有关，在这个源下载后取消稳定触发该BUG。
