## 経緯
写真に残したコマンドを試して、一度はPC(ubuntu)とjetsonnano間でvncを接続できたので、
Windowsでvncseverを起動しようとした際の試行錯誤で、今の状況になった。
ubuntuで、端末を立ち上げなおし、コマンドを実行したところ
