While the `shape(X,0)` and `shape(X,1)` can be used to get the dimensions of an array, this is not what is used by NumPy. We should make this work.

This is supported:
```
xs = [1,2,3]
@match xs begin
[x,y,z] => ...
but not this:
```
xs = [1,2,3]
@match xs begin
Int[x,y,z] => ...
...
end
```
