**簡要描述 Bug：**
Mavericks 10.9.6，安装鼠须管 0.16.2 之后，添加键盘后，点击鼠须管时，没有重新部署等菜单。在添加键盘时，英文等能看到右边的键盘图，鼠须管看不到。
此外，在终端中，运行 `cd $TMPDIR` 后也没有 rime 相关的文件。
在 `~/Library` 和 `/Library` 下面看不到与 rime 相关的目录。
