java代码看着有点迷糊，这边token是定时刷新，还是每次需要用token来发送请求的时候都刷新一次？
oauth接口有个字段 `"expires_in"： 3600` ，不过测试了一个小时后token也还有效，不知道合适的刷新时机是什么样的？
