下記のエラーが出ているため、ご相談させてください。
現状、画像をアップロードした際、ユーザー登録や服の登録時の画像アップロードは可能ですが、Google vision APIがうまく機能しておりません。
Local環境ではできるものの、本番環境（Heroku）ではできない状況です。
