明源云诉求:
1.应用镜像缓存支持打包进集群镜像，目前测试发现应用镜像没有打包进集群。需要支持完全离线场景
2.针对国产化场景，支持arm架构的实例，目前主要在华为云麒麟上测试
3.集群运行起来后检查网络连通情况，检查主机路由等，集群运行起来了，但是存在pod相互访问，跨节点访问等不通的情况。导致在kubefile里面写的应用安装步骤无法正常进行
4.状态检测，离线环境会使用到存储方案…
