新版升级以后没有GAE了，毕竟还是有人和我一样用信用卡注册了cloud的账号。理解维护者的想法，但是希望能打开GAE，不做默认的都可以，我们自己切换一下呗。。。。感谢感谢！

=问题是我设置任何数字,客户端那里都还是Fetch262144
这里是我的参数
RangeFetchRetryLimit=1
ConnectionPoolSize=64
RangeFetchLimitSize=1024
RangeConcurrentFetcher=16
```

服务器端：snova-gae-gserver-0.14.0
客户端： snova-0.14.1
症状：设置好[AppIdBinding]后，刚开始是正常的，但使用一会之
后，论坛登录就失效了，要求重新登录。
不知道是指定AppId在开始轮询后失效，还是服务器方面更换IP�
��致。
