这几天试了很多个版本的系统，HDMI均无法正常工作，目前个人猜想，R720的HDMI可能走的是独立显卡进行输出的，然后EFI又屏蔽了独立显卡，故此HDMI接口无输出。打算在BIOS里面直接设置为仅集成显卡模式看看HDMI能不能有输出，实在不行，就买一个TYPC转HDMI试试，希望这个猜想正确吧。感谢大佬的付出。@happylzyy
