1. cloak或goquiet运行正常的状态下，切换WLAN/移动网络或移动网络切换基站后会很大几率出现有重连但无法使用的情况；cloak有很大概率，goquiet基本百分百触发！必须重启客户端后才能使用。
2. 无切网络，在Win或安卓后台正常运行使用也会频繁出现有连接但无法使用的情况，日志没有报错(已经有人反馈过了)；也是必须重启客户端才能使用。
