Hyperfoil supports HTTP 1.1 pipelining, but it isn't exposed with `wrk/wrk`.
Add a `-p` option to `wrk/wrk` to set the pipelining level. Default will remain as 1.

At the moment there is no support for HTTP 1.1 Request Pipelining. This might be a nice thing to think about in future.
