geoapi currently uses javax.measure:jsr-275 0.9.3. The latest version of javax.measure:jsr-275 is 1.0 released in 2010.
Please consider switching to jscience 4.3.1, released in 2012.

JSR363 is incompatible with GeoTools.
So, we need to switch back to 275, which comes as part of GeoTools.
