In the past we didn't use `--jobs` with bats because we had pkgdb concurrency issues. Now that we aren't using pkgdb, we should be able to run tests in parallel.

Sonars are raycasting in parallel, but the processing of the results is a simple for loop over thousands of rays. Parallelizing that part would make it even more capable of large number of casts.

@ntBre reports that `.get_tfd`, `.get_icrmsd`, and possibly methods can take ~20 minutes in some runs. These operations are almost surely serial and I haven't ever thought about performance here. This…

Following the notebook file, I tried to construct a DMPNN model for tox21.
Training for some reason takes way longer than the pytorch implementation onn chemprop.

We should parallelize unzipping and removal of the zip file in the same task that now downloads each dependency, which will also make it so that bugs like #133 can't happen.

on relatively large graphs (n > ~10k) with colocated points, the clique expansion function can get really slow. After cutting it short a few times, I think [this for-loop](https://github.com/pysal/lib…

Hello again,
I've been trying to sample the posterior as done in your examples, and I was wondering if there was a way to have the chains run in parallel? I got thrown a warning saying:
