问题描述：
通过ZLM_API.mk_rtp_server_create2创建rtp服务。一共有两个摄像头，第一个sip通信后可以看到流注册，第二个要么出现：
1.非法的rtcp包,声明的长度超过实际数据长度
2.要么就是JNA: could not detach thread
3.还有就是正常可以播放，自动关流失效了，无人观看也不能关流了。
