Pass all tests of https://websub.rocks/subscriber , especially when the page is not ATOM/RSS.

There is a golang websub implementation I saw. Gotta find it. This is designed for server to server.
Am thinking about also supporting websub on top of Mercure. It would be a different entry point …

As of January 2018 [WebSub](https://www.w3.org/TR/2018/REC-websub-20180123/) is a W3C Recommendation.
Google does not link to the spec on their site but they do suggest its predecessor, PubSubHubub…

This seems to be unlikely to be feasible since it requires having a public notification endpoint, but maybe Fraidycat could be configured to optionally talk to a self-hostable notification proxy.

To avoid polling entirely, implement the websub spec to receive notifications when a feed updates
