This code is released under WTFPL. Can i relicense to MIT? From my small research, it seems that "i can", but I would like to have an explicit "yes, you can relicense the code to MIT".

This library should be relicensed to http://www.wtfpl.net/.
In fact, all ShittyLabs software should be wtfpl. The author of that license seems like a kindred spirit.
