Acceptance_Weights_Expected Gives Inaccurate Output

The output from Acceptance_Weights_Expected.py consists of a bunch of zero values.

Troubleshooting steps:

• [x] Review code line-by-line to ensure I understand what I'm doing :octocat:
• [x] Check outputs at various stages of event/particle loops

(As of writing this issue, I've already composed a solution, ergo the back-to-back time stamps. Future me will be better about creating Issues as issues present themselves.)

The code was rejecting all of my data because the units transverse momentum in my data set are in MeV, whereas the code expects GeV. Some well-placed conversions fix this, though I'll eventually poke at the possibility of making this process unit-agnostic. 🤞
