Wrong Units in .HEPMC File

In the initial generation process, Alaa and I have ended up with .HEPMC files that record data in different units.

Specifically, Alaa's seem to be in GeV, while mine are in MeV.

Troubleshooting steps:

• [x] Identify what part of the generation process produces the .HEPMC file
• [x] Compare raw data sets this ended up being unnecessary

Issue resulted from two separate versions of Madgraph being used to generate data.

Correction and more information:

The MadGraph versions were different, but the problem actually originated from inconsistent use of the Docker image.

Within the image, the user is restricted to units specified at installation. This is technically a HepMC2 thing, not a MadGraph thing.
