Login Page #23

Login page and signup should have similar logic but create a new row in the table of users.

@A-BMT02 let me know the best way to gain access to the keys and setup a local env file and test authentication methods

Hey @jk1551 We want to finish implementing the design for Login and Sign-up pages before we work on the actual Authentication. The design is in the projects readme

If you're interested i can assign you to this issue and you work on only implementing the Login page using React & tailwind. If not, i will implement it myself.
