As a A. C user
I want to input my username/ Email/ Password/ tick the privacy agreement
SO THAT I can sign up with my email address
Design Layout:
AC1:
GIVEN I am on the Sign up page
WHEN I type in the username
THEN alert will show up if my username is taken by others or format conflicts with the A.C rules
AC 2
WHEN I create my Password
THEN alert will show up if my password format conflicts with the A.C rules

Given I am on the Sign up Page
WHEN I click the Privacy rule section
THEN the circle button turns Blue, and the Sign Up for free button turns Blue, which is ready for me to click
