Forge window gets moved but not the smelt UI if vault is open when you click on smelt forge #72

If you open the Vault and then while it's open click on a Forge, it opens the forge inventory on the right hand side of the screen. But the temperature overlay seems to be pinned to the left hand side, rather than to the forge window.
