Force language on prompts

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I have my vault in multiple languages (spanish and English) sometimes when I use Nostradamus or Agatha Christie, it randomly uses one language or the other for it's response, more commonly english, since that's the prompt language I assume. Describe the solution you'd like

Describe alternatives you've considered Force the language of the plugin responses (the classic: write your answer in spanish.) Globally, both in plugin settings and in a command, so I can change fast via ctrl - p the language I want Arcana to answer me with. Additional context This could also potentially interfere with other agents that work best with just one language or to act dynamically, not one forced language, like the tags or metadata agent, so this would need some testing, mainly I find this useful with Nostradamos for titles and agatha Christie for text generation
