Declare action button to become item animation #186

For mobile users, get rid of the grey header and instead, when an item is chosen by the spinner, have the grid square grow and shake periodically, becoming the new declare action button

This idea of items shaking to gain attention instead of having a declare button has been played with but warrants more discussion as to how intuitive it is for new users. Implemented but not used.

Current implementations look like this so future implementation is definitely possible.
