Presenter view option

Create an option on the new game page to only host (not play) the game.

• [x] This should send them straight to the lobby and should set a database flag.

• [x] The username should be greyed out if this is selected

• [x] Add switch to enable it

This is being called the 'projector view'. Projector view should be available on all games - even if the host is playing.
